Cancellation Policy

At The Radiance Space, I value both my clients' time and mine. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for everyone, please read the following policies carefully:

- Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: Payments made through the website are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule your session with less than 24 hours’ notice.

- Rescheduling Limit: Each session can be rescheduled a maximum of two times. On the third reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

- Remaining Payment: The balance for your session must be paid on the day of your appointment.

- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify in advance, you will be charged 100% of the session price. A new deposit will be required to book again.

- Late Arrivals: Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate late arrivals. If you are driving, please allow extra time for traffic and parking, as delays may shorten your session without a refund.
